Hey guys, I'm new to Club Integra. I have a mint 1990 civic Si, but the DOHC ZC in it blew, so it's for sale as a shell now:

Anyways, I picked up a clean 92 integra rs for $1000 a couple nights ago. Only 183,000km on the body and it has a swapped b18b1 in it. The cars runs well, all it needs is left lower ball joint, right upper ball joint and a heater blower motor which i picked up today. Got some plans for this car, just gonna keep it clean and JDM. The body has a bit of rust on it, but it'll be dealt with. heres some pics of the car, and some with my buddies VR6 VW Corrado:

My name matches again lol
:welcome: That's a clean 92 for only $1000. I paid $1500 for my 91 and all it's problems.

I found it on Kijiji. It was posted for $1,200 obo or $1,500 with a extra B20. But I didn't need a motor, so I just offered him a grand for the car. It runs really well. As I said all it needs is the two ball joints, and the heater blower motor. it also has a dime size hole before the muffler (but i was gonna do a cat back exhaust anyway) and its got a small hole in the floor. But I got a good buddy who does welding and stuff so he's gonna do that for me. Thanks for the comments guys! feel free to gimme suggestions for it! First things I wanna do, once I get the parts installed and get it E tested and certified, is red/clear tails (I think they're 90-91 OEM tail lights), JDM one piece headlights, amber bumper lights, new shocks (not sure what brand yet, maybe Tokico Illuminas), and a new cat back exhaust system. I haven't really done any research on exhaust systems yet, but we'll see!

thanks guys! my plans for it are basically what i was going to do with my civic, but couldn't get to. I'm not going to do a crazy build, but here it is:

-Shocks - It's on TEIN S. Techs now w/ stock struts, but I'm going to upgrade the shocks to probably Illuminas. the springs are awesome though, still handles amazing even with two bad ball joints!
-Amber bumper lights, JDM one piece headlights, red/clear taillights (I think they're the 90-91 OEM tails)
-Exhaust system - Haven't done too much research on exhaust systems, but I'll definitely go with something good quality, maybe HKS Hi Power
-Repaint valve cover - I have that VHT Red Wrinkle paint which i was really impressed with on Civic VC, so I'll do it on the Integra maybe tomorrow.
-CF hood? - still debating this because its a black car. I'm not sure if it'll be as nice as it is on white or red, but it's a possibility. The hood on my car underneath has some rust so it may not be a bad idea.
-Cone filter - My car has a cheap filter/pipe, so I'm gonna upgrade the filter to K&N and keep the pipe.
-Rims/tyres - No idea what colour/brand I want yet, nor do I know what tyres I want
-Rear sway bar - Great handling is always nice
-Speakers - Stock speakers aren't great
-Steering wheel/hub - MOMO or Sparco for sure.
-Shift knob - The stock feels strange, but I dont really want a metal one because they get freezing cold and boiling hot lol
-Front/rear strut bars - Also to tighten up the suspension
-Header - found a good deal on ITR header, are they good for more power? better/equal to aftermarket?
-CD Deck - Need cd's, the stock Acura one just doesn't make the cut lol

Any suggestions are appreciated!

haha, man it's fairly low right now. The pictures don't show it very well, but I'm sure it's over 2.0" lowered. And living in Canada, theres tons of bumpy roads, and I've scraped a few times going in driveways. who knows, maybe I'll go lower eventually, but not yet. And yea, the system will definitely be quality. I'm not sure if I want subs, or if I just wants really good quality speakers with nice bass to them. I was debating Rotas for a while, but I've decided no. Not sure what brand rims I should get, but I'm sorta liking gold wheels right now. I'd love LS Meshies painted gold. Gimme some rim suggestions if you want!

stripped, sanded and repainted my valve cover today with VHT red wrinkle paint! I'll post some pics a little later. It didn't come out as good as my civic cover, but it still looks decent. Anything is better than the chipped up matte black paint that it had lol
