new to club integra

so my name is katrina, and i just recently bought a 95 integra ls. it has recaro racing seats, sparco roll bar, and front and rear sway bars. there isnt a whole lot done with the engine, but i want to do a lot more to it. i want a gsr head and maybe some NOS? i dont really know a whole lot about integras, but want to learn more. so im hoping that this site can help?

yup. NA is the way to go. Sounds like you want to do a ls vtec hybrid, ls block and a b series vtec head. alot of work but worth it.
