New Speakers all around, any suggestions?

im trying to decide between infinity and polk speakers. :what:

my car came with both when i got it. i need all new speakers now cause they are starting to take a shit. the tweeters in the infinitys that are in the rear arent working and the polks up front basically sound terrible when the music gets turned up. im thinking about getting earthquakes for $70 a pair to match my subs. i think they might have the bass blocker on them so i dont have to worry about tweeters so much. if not then ill probably buy the bass blockers for $5

i cant decide if i want to get subs or not. i dont want them unmounted but i dont know what to mount a box to? i guess my decision on speakers depends on bass output.

yo try either JL Audio Interiors or Alpine....those r top of the line interior speakers...not to mention dat JL audio is also top of the line for subs....i personally have to Soundstream 12" subs and those fuckers make my eyes bounce to da point dat i cant look at da tailights of da car in front of me cuz there bouncin too lol.....but i personally love bass but yea i have to get interiors also cuz mine were blown when i bought da car so i might go wit alpine or JL.

Yeah, I want to put a JL Audio W7 in a custom enclosure where the spare tire goes.

Alpine is the way to go.

i have-

Front:
Alpine Type R 6.5" Components

Back:
Alpine Type R 6.5" Coaxials

thing is, the components are only good if u have a great headunit or amp it up off a seperate amp.
so i think ud be better off just gettin coaxials all the way around.

but the components put off some damn good highs bc i already have the 2 type r 12s in the back that bump the shit outta my teg
