Cheers man, I was thinking at least 650 cc so there some room for duty..

Ill be happy with 380/400 bhp as it is a stock motor still..

Luckily the batch of manifolds I managed to get 1 of, sits really quite low compared to the other similar in design.. (Pot luck that was)

I'm still undersides about which turbo to run..

The reason being - it seems crazy to me that I'll be running a BIGGER turbo on the b18 then i run on the RB25 skyline engine..

I was thinking of taking the r33 turbo (hybrid) oil and water cooled for the Honda build

Ten putting the new garret on a new top mount manifold on the skyline..

Thoughts on that ..? Cheers ..

In all reality. Unless you are going to build the motor I would put the bigger turbo on the Nissan, keep your 550CC injectors and only shoot for 350Bhp for the Teg. That should put down a solid 300 to the wheels and have a nice power band. You will only be around 10 PSI but with the ITR high compression it will be plenty. 300whp on a Honda is a world of difference plus any more on a fwd street car is not much use

Sound man.. This is what I'm leaning towards.. As you say any more than 300 bhp in fwd ideal..

The b18c4 is from the mb6 VTI and has a lower
Compression then the high comp type r
Engine 10.1 I think.. So ideal for boost

300 WHP = about 350 BHP on a FWD car.

10:1 will get you solid numbers with boost.

Ok guys been a while since I updated the thread.. You know how it goes..

Few changes to the project have been made,,

Firstly.. I didn't end up buying the black Uk spec Teg above.. As the body work wasn't as good as I wanted for this build..

So I bided my time and found this beauty, 96spec JDM import in champ white.

Literally is spotless CONDTION..

The engine build has also taken some advances ..

Here how she stands

Now then I'm thinking that to save on the cost of a FULL custom exhaust I'm going to just come out under the engine or out of the wing,

However I want to keep the noise to as sensible as possible as there are strict noise restriction on the tracks here in the UK..

Any suggestions to keep the noise down? With a front exit exhaust? Silencer?

Cheers for looking, all comments are welcomed and appreciated, Tom
