You will have to do a lot more fabrication to get the H22 in there. Especially if you want to keep the AC, PS isnt as bad. B18C wouldnt be too difficult, or you could go for the K20.

04-05 S2000, 01-03 S2000 was the F20C
F22C has more torque but has a 500 rpm lower redline then the F20C. But 8500 RPM is good enough for me.
