When I removed the IACV I noticed tons of carbon build up on the screen. The carbon covered over half the screen. I used some TB cleaner and a tooth brush to clean it up. I also filled the IACV with TB cleaner and let it soak for 1 minute. At the same time I removed the TB and cleaned the whole thing with TB cleaner and a toothbrush. I can not confirm that this was the problem yet because I don't have all the fuel injector o rings I need to finish the job. More details later.

I am still tinkering with the idle adjustment screw to get things right. I think the IACV might still need to be changed. I can set a good idle in park with no A/C. Once I put it in drive with the A/C she starts to stall again. I can set a good idle with it in drive with the A/C on, but then the idle hoops up and down once the car is back in park with the A/C off.

when u run seafoam change the pcv valve. it does more than you think. i had the rough idle and i found after i seafoamed it and changed the pcv valve and cleaned the iacv it idles so much smoother.... don't bother adjusting your base idle until everything else is done (pcv, fitv, iacv, and seafoam) it will have to be adjusted after them anyways. nice car btw.... uncommon color :)

I was going to do the PCV valve, but I was in no hurry. It makes complete logic that a seafoam treatment could clog a PCV valve. I believe the fit valve is fine because my cold idle is my best, but I will check it and re-bleed the cooling system. Thanks!

I love the color more every day. I want to repaint it, but I am sure my girlfriend will damage it once I do. Because of this I am thinking of letting her damage it and then repaint it.
