Well I had an issue with a rounded bolt, I welded a nut onto it and used a wrench. Probably not to good for it, but it was the only thing I could think of at the time.

Do you have access to a welding shop locally? I don't really know what to tell you, maybe you could drill it out.. use an easy out, or a "screw extractor". Something along those lines.

I have a shop full of fabrication tools lol.

thoose tend to snap inside of the bolt, i can especially see that happenening with the high torque needed to extract a flywheel bolt. too brittle to twist it out, to hard to be drilled out once its stuck in there... kinda skrewed once it happens haha

ahhh, how much would it cost to get a local welder to do it? is there any other type of bolt extractor? any penetrants i could use that you recomend? maybe heating the bolt?

Heating it might allow it to expand enough to be able to turn it with a socket.. but I don't know for sure. Could damage the flywheel with too much heat.

Penetrating oils won't do much if it's slipping.

I think welding it is probably best. I have no idea how much though. See if you can find any shops in the phone book. I doubt it would be much.

Vicegrips. Or you can take a dremel and try to get some flat edges on it, then turn it with a wrench.

Vicegrips might work too. Just make sure you get a really tight grip on it. I tried that on mine and I couldn't get it tight enough to be able to hold onto it while I turned.
If it's trash just use a cutting torch.. :D

Or like Jason said, try to get a few flat edges to grip with a wrench.
