Need help with my 92 integra?

Sorry about asking this, but inside what cabin. I'm not really car savvy, I just recently got interested when I got my Integra.

I like the captions, definitely sounds like either a header shield or exhaust shield, hanger, something.

On a side note, you need a valve adjustment.

Would that be the problem of my low idle. Earlier today I took the header shield and it still doing it.

try looking for bolts that have broken and are still hanging onto the different exhaust flanges throughout the system if you dont get anywhere with heatshields.
