Well I'm really having a hard time trying to figure out how to go about my build. Out here in San Diego the highest grade gas I can get is 91. I want to make 210-220 to the wheels and I'm not quite sure how to get there. JDM ITR pistons? CTR pistons? short ram intake? cold air intake? looking at the prices of all this stuff almost makes me want to say F it and go turbo and make more hp for not that much difference in build price lol or maybe i'm wrong and just looking at the wrong parts?

Can't have cheap, fast, and reliable all at the same time.

Pick 2.

Also, what's the car you plan on modifying?

As far as power goes...it's just a number. I say, you set yourself a real goal and take your car to the track and decide where you want your car to sit IE 13's, 12's, 11's or even lower.

You're going to get a wide variety of answers unless you become a bit more specific.

After going all out with my N/A build I would def go turbo next time. These motors are just too small to make any decent power without boost.

^ yeah i mean you can go boost and make 300whp no problem, but making anything over 200 whp n/a is going to start getting expensive

It sounds like you might have to do a little more researching!

the biggest question is, what kind of budget do you have?
