Similar rules of NA headers apply. Longer runners breathe better but tend to slow the spool of the turbo. Log manifolds do spool a little better but at the cost of overall power. I would not recommend a log manifold unless you were under a very tight budget. Ram horn is in the middle for spool and power. And long tube manifolds like a top mount, forward facing, or sidewinder will be the most sluggish but make the most power.
