34" swap tires and 4' lift kit with custom grill bars, skid plate and roll bars. That would be awesome! My bro had a badass trooper. Looking forward to this build.

Still not a ford escort. But nice, I use to have a lifted Bronco on some big ass swamps, rolled out and everything. Had to sell though, was too young and it needed too much work after a while. Looks good man, needs a spoiler! lol.

I think you might be talkin about the Thornbirds... They have the super gnarly tread where they got the knobby sidewalls...

Yea man a lift is definately on the top of my list with at least some 33's & prob one of those sweet front bumpers with the winch on it. Hopefully this build won't take too long, but now I have 2 project cars...

Eh not my style but good luck!
thx bro, but the teg can't do everything I need a vehicle to do... I like being able to drive on the beach to find the uncrowded breaks & do a little muddin, plus trying to fit me & my son's hockey gear in the Ghost is a pia! And forget trying to take my 9'6" surfboard anywhere with the teg, that shit's almost as long as my car!

thx man... lol, yeah the late 87's & 88's came stock with a little spoiler on the roof to keep a breeze blowing down the back of the truck to keep the fumes from entering the cabin. Hopefully the Trooper won't need too much work, just mods...8)

Well not much of an update, but the Trooper was a beast chargin thru this 12-14" of snow we got down at the beach!! Just a couple of flex shots on a snowbank... I do have some new rear tires on order.:)

It was nice to be able to drive anywhere I wanted whenever I wanted even in the worst of the storm.:thumbs up If I only had the Teg, I'd still be stuck like Chuck!

So I finally got an update for the Trooper... I scored a set of 31x10.5x15 tires from Treadwright.com for $474 shipped. I suggest if you're in the market for truck tires you should check them out.

I also scored some almost new wagon wheels off CL for $50 that I'm getting powder coated black.

Hopefully The tires will be here in about 2-3 weeks, there's a wait because they're in such high demand.

We got some snow yesterday so I decided to try out the new tires on a snowy hill & the "Storm Trooper" did awesome!

When I got to the lunch spot, I noticed a cling on... lol
