This is the only Toda car I found, and it looks stock JDM:

Id go the OEM route. Let the outside alone (maybe some larger NSX-R rims if anything). Just engine and chassis work.

That or the STI, EVO style. I really dont like many wings. Im a wingless and clean look person. Only exceptions are when the body lines flow perfectly with the wing.
