Hey guys, I finally got this thing somewhat sorted out lol. I got it last week and it was FULL of problems, Still is to a point. So far Ive done.....
Radiator, Waterpump, Timing belt, headgasket (full set) replaced radiator fan because it was burned out, replaced master cylinder because it wouldnt stop, got a new intake tube, replaced radiator fan relay, 8fuses, distributor, spark plug wires, plugs, radiator cap, replaced door panels (passenger side wasnt there, installed lap belts because they were missing, fixed automatic retracting shoulder belts and thats just to get it so I could drive it down the street.

Now I gotta install the AC its all missing so I got a condensor, compressor, suction and discharge lines, compressor bracket, and hardware. I need to replace the interior carpet, rear plastics, trunk gas struts, coolant overflow bottle, center console, valve cover (it's Cracked), speedometer cable and then it should be a comfy little ride lol.

Now that I look at it, i spent more in parts than I paid for the car, but I've ALWAYS wanted one of these so I bought one. I didnt know the head gasket was blown when I got it because the radiator was cvracked so it never came up to temperature enough to push the water into the engine.

I took her for a lil drive last night and DAMn it felt good to drive it after working all day then coming home and spending 5 hrs a night on it for a week straight.

Shes a 91 LS. Im gonna call her Black and Tan, like the REALLY good alcoholic beverage HAHAH.

What y'all think?
Andy

thank you :). Im no where near a newbie to building engines and modifying cars. I just havent had a 4 cylinder in a long time. I mess with the stuff I have too much for my own good sometimes lol. I went from an 89 nissan pulsar that I stuck an SR-20det into, to this.....

then to this...

and built one of these in the meantime lol

So I pretty much havent owned anything thats good on gas since my first car so I needed a 4 cylinder, but just driving it once brought back soo many memories :). I love it already
