UPDATE:
I replaced the ignition switch but car still wouldn't start with the key. But, while under the dash I noticed two wires cut (clutch interlock switch) so i solder them back together and still didn't start. I tested the continuity of the starter relay and everything checked out fine there. At that point in time I was a little stumped... that got me thanking why would someone cut the clutch interlock wires to wire them together. Well, of course the person that wired them together did it completely backwards choosing to wire the switch wires together instead of the harness wires. So, jumped the wires and she started right up! So, I replaced the clutch interlock switch and everything working fine now!
The Shuriken battery is in the car but not mounted! Hopefully by next weekend I'll have the 40/40 proportional valve so I can get the ABS removed and the battery mounted on the frame.
Power steering components have been removed and the valve body is looped.!
