Just to note- I haven't read the thread yet.. just saw a few pictures and thought i'd mention.
You're over-welding that sheet metal. Little tac welds all around, don't try to put huge gobs on like that, your just going to have to grind it off.

Just read up. What kind of welder are you welding with? Wire size?

Its a miller 120 its like 10 years old the welder is all jacked up we only use it for exhaust repairs so the look isn't what my boss cares about..

It is a Honda bro, in North American its badged Acura...same difference.
