They aren't Type R skirts, they're optional side skirts. The ITR stock side skirts are just like ours, but their's are body color matched, not blackish plastic.

Since I am still putting it together, I want to buy the 98+ OEM front bumper and side skirts ASAP (less than $100), since the car's already apart. If anyone stumbles on a cheap bumper/side skirts, please tell me. thank you.
