Hmm, how do you guys feel about me turbo charging my car? I want to hear some input
This time I won't rush into it, it will be a mainly slow process just so I can gather up all the parts and take my time on researching all the information I need.

The other asshole
I like turbos.

But research will tell you if it's a good idea or not.

Haha don't worry, I will next week. I was thinking that too but then again, I just want at least 250hp, not too extreme.

That's the walmart spray paint, isn't it? No bullshit, my bumper was sprayed with the same stuff after I lost my bumper bra

Welp, I think I decided that I want to take on this long term project. I think I want to stay with the whole LSVTEC concept but build another, much better engine. Going to try to find a B18B1 block in the upcoming month and send it off somewhere to get it sleeved. My goal is 250WHP but the sleeving is just incase I want to bump up the boost.
I'm debating on whether if I should get another B16 head or B18C1. Pros of the B16 is a much better flowing head and the pros of the C1 is the smaller compression dome. Going to have research more on those two heads

B16 head is better for basic boost. Lowers compression and better flow. Dont boost on ls rods with stock rod bolts. Youll also want a gsr/type r block girdle. Just a recommendation.

Thats why I'm planning on getting a separate block and building it from there, makes it much easier than adding stuff while the engine is still in the car

If you are going to buy a block, why not buy a GSR one? It is worth the little bit of money. The only time an LSv makes sense is if you don't want to remove your stock block. If you are going to take the time and money to build another one...why start off with something thats lower level. You spend way more money just trying to make the LS block as strong as a GSR block than you would just buying a gsr block from the get-go.

I was going for LSv turbo because I feel like it's my signature build here in my area
I thought I was going to build the turbo with the engine I'm running right now but I might as well find myself a GSR engine if I'm going to sleeve it and I want to drive my car in the meantime while I'm building the turbo engine.
