They're different in every county, but $241 does seem a little high. There's a chart on this site for how Orange County writes their tickets. A few years ago my brother got pulled over in his old Focus for doing 42 in a 25 and had like a $280 ticket for speeding and no seat belt, this was in Pinellas County.
