See, that's where you went wrong. The max you can do in a 35 without cops pulling you over is 47. :lol:
Haha, it's a little high for only 15 over so I have to contest it. In Florida I heard it's $10 every 1 mph you go over the speed limit. 15 x 10 = $150. So I'm not sure.

They're different in every county, but $241 does seem a little high. There's a chart on this site for how Orange County writes their tickets. So go from there maybe.

A few years ago my brother got pulled over in his old Focus for doing 42 in a 25 and had like a $280 ticket for speeding and no seat belt, this was in Pinellas County.

Yeah, that's what I was looking at last night. It should be $180. Which would help me out tremendously.

Tickets should only be given out for reckless behavior. Going 50 on a road where everyone goes 50 really isn't that dangerous or deserving of a fine. The law is the law I guess.
