those rims are si's that every one seem to be looking for and that goes for the itr wing too. i agree with u on the lights but thats what came on the car when i got it. and i actually just got some stock tail lights today so u dont have to worry about that lol. and i looked up ur post and for one people around here dont like slang words and two i suggest u dont go posting on every ones cars dissing them. u wont get to far around here acting like that. this is a laid back site where people hang and try to help each other.

got some more stuff done today. changed the oil in it while i was in the process of cleaning the engine since i had an oil leak. i dropped the oil pan and cleaned it and put a new gasket on it. pulled out the distro and installed the new o ring dave from spooled up racing hooked me up with. it was definitely leaking from there. pulled it out and all below it was soaked in oil badly. it seem like there was alot of oil on the back side of the engine on the driver side. so trying to figure out what could be leaking there or if its just oil from the distro leak that some how traveled over there along the block.once its nice out and i get it back out im gonna degrease the hell out of the engine to get it back looking good and not all oily. and i came across some stock 94-97 taillights on another site that i traded an old cd player i had laying around for them. there in pretty good shape besides they have over spray and drops of clear coat on them. so im gonna wet sand them down to get them all cleaned. then ive been looking i guess they make a red spray tint i was thinking about getting to make them all red like the 98 tails. was wondering if any one has tried it before? or if some one knows if the make a red film u can lay on them to make them all red.

got my intake tube today. time to replace that plastic auto zone intake lol. got it for 20 bucks. its for a ls but got it pretty much cut down to fit my gsr

well after tons of wet sanding i got the clear coat and metallic flake off of the tail lights. bought some plastx plastic polish. i must say that stuff works pretty damn good lol. also painted the plastic black cause it had red paint all over it and i couldnt get it all sanded off. they look like brand new tail lights. was gonna spray them red but i could not find the stained glass spray paint from krylon anywhere. so i ended up buying the red vinyl cut outs for the amber spots

The OEM tail lights are a great improvement from the previous tail lights. Over all I like the car. I think getting rid of the tint on the windows or atleast replacing it with something different would look better. (I find tegs look better with no tint on most colors). And the big "GS-R' painted or what not on the lower sides of the car stand out in not a great way. What do you think? Other than that, I think the SI rims look really nice especially with your color. I have love for the OEM ITR wing and 6 months ago I had a carbon fiber ITR wing on my car and many bashed it as well so don't worry about that clown up there. CF would look sexy on your white teg. I can see where he is coming from because I am a fan of having no wing on my car anymore, it just looks clean. But I wouldn't call it ricey even though it kinda walks the line a bit...

The taillights turned out looking good. Tegs looking good keep up the pics. Theres a tube on the back of the motor that has a o ring you might can check it to see if the leak is from there.

k well got my other set of side skirts painted up and put on tonight. the old ones where all cracked and nasty.



and i got my intake all cut to size and mounted real good.



i also got my redout vinyl but havent installed them yet cause i have been stripping my trunk lid down and filling in the holes and in the process of repainting it. should have the trunk lid hopefully done this weekend. its almost time to get the teg out :)

finally a warm day on my day off. got the trunk all finished up and the wing back on and the red outs on the amber parts of the taillights. ended up messing one up but i got another on the way.

got my front lip taken off so i can actually drive the car. and just got my air bypass today so i threw that on. just got a new tire today so just waiting to get that mounted and then ill have it back on the road for the year.
