my 90 teg shake problem HELP!

i have a problem my teg only shakes in 2nd and 3rd it less noticeable in third and it only shakes like from 1800rpms to 3900 rpms some times in 1st also and Ive changed my axles left and right and even put in a new diff but still does it, mount looks good in the back and the front is a solid poly mount .
any thoughts on what it could be its not a wheel problem they are tight and new and balanced . all the mounts are close to new about a year old .

could it be the half shaft bearing???
it stared out of no where in the high way while i was slowing down for an exit
after that its had that shake its gentn on my nerves

How many mounts are solid mounts?

check your inner and outer tie rods.

Most likely wheel bearings, or you have a bent rim, or flat spots on your tires.

i checked it today and bearings and tie rods are good only about 8 months old still good

and i only have the front mount solid the one on the front cross member

its not a wheel issue because the steering wheel don't shake or high speeds don't affect it, its only slow city driving that make it shake
when i hammer it don't shake either

the shifter shakes also i think it may be the mounts because i feel like a light thump when i switch from 1st to reverse like the motor rocks or some thing.

it shouldn't have passed inspection I believe if that was the case.

Check your exhaust. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my cat. It was somewhat loose and caused a lot of shaking and vibrating from underneath the car.

well i live in kansas and plus Ive had my car for 5 year and it just stared shaking 3 weeks ago it was fine before i don't whats wrong

sway bar bushing are good and stiff and so are the end links
so i dont know was wrong ant this point

i put in the energy suspension mount inserts and it just made it a little worse . plus now it vibrates at idle with the a/c on but i guess that normal, but i know the shaking is not because it never did that
