Hey pana im from Santiago. Im glad there are some of us in here :)

There are a few different versions of the ZC...both SOHC and DOHC. Carburetors were sometimes in the 1st generation Crx’s, 3rd Generation Civic’s, and 1986-1987 Integra’s. I've never heard of someone putting one of these into a 3rd generation Integra as they're incredibly inferior to a B-series which 99.9% of people opt for.

There are alot of really wacky trim levels of Integras in Japan. Your DB6 is either a ZX Selection S or a ZX Extra (these were the only DBs that had the USDM-style front to the best of my knowledge) and should have come with a B16a. My best guess is the previous owner blew it up and dumped in a 1.6L ZC from an Integra Style-S or an Integra XiG.

You have any shots of the engine bay??
I'll post some pics later this week.

My integra is a DB6 ZX. Mine is not the first one i see with the carbed zc here in DR. A year a go i was about to buy a 2000, also JDM with auto tranny and carbed zc but days later i decided to buy a 95' white EG with a B16a (had mad fun with it).

Right now im not thinking in going DOHC. I'll play meanwhile with my sohc (its cheaper) 1st off starting with the fuel management. My future plans include placing a Vtec head and then boost (that's my main goal!)

If i decide to go DOHC my choice would be B18B and turbo.

What do you think or suggest?
