If it is healthy then the B1 is fine. Just do a compression test on it to make sure it can handle boost. For the price of buying a B18C5 and boosting it, that money would be much better spent on doing it to a B18C1. The higher compression of the C5 isn't any better for boost and the better cams and head aren't worth the extra cost or even close to necessary to make 250hpso even if my b1 has over 100,000 miles i should still keep it and boost it??? also why go over the c1 or c5???
