you should really figure out your power goal and figure out the best reliable application. wether it be high compression na or forced induction.

The One and Only.
You won't need high compression pistons, and as for cams you'll be fine with some more aggresive regrinds. You did say it was your DAILY, right?

IMO if you want a quick little daily and not something that's going to hunt down every GM or Ford out there you'll be fine with i/h/e, dual valvesprings, cams and a tune.

As for injectors and what have you, you really won't need to uprgrade those. You'll be quicker yes, but you sure as hell won't be making gobbs of power.

In addition to that, you don't need to order a GReddy e-Manage system or anything of the sort. If you have any good reputable shops around, you can just have them Hondata tune your Integra. IMO you'll be alright with an S100 tune, something basic that gets the job done.

AGAIN, this setup would do the job if you just wanted to make your Integra a bit quicker as you stated before. There's a difference between wanting a quick daily and building an all-motor race car.

edit: You won't need adjustable cam gears. They just aid in tuning the car on the dyno is all.
