damn im only looking for 200whp for a circuit car.
I was considering that. Building a High Compression B20-Vtec with ITB's. But..Once you get into a turbo, there's no going back. I've been bitten.

My buddy's track car is an EF vert with an H22 in the back. He loves autoxing.

So, this weather's been killing me lately. The colder it gets, the more I have to keep having to adjust the duty cycle on my boost controller so I don't keep hitting boost cut. None the less, I got my first kill in. A v8 Trans Am. on 9.5 psi untuned (well..street tune from my old GSR turbo set up..much smaller turbo.)..I find it awkward that I made him look like he was standing still, while hitting boost cut. But it was fun. =]. I'm finally getting a taste of what it's like.

I'm picking up my Hondata as soon as I fly back in from Phoenix, and getting her tuned for 20 psi. =D

Per request. Here are some build/engine pics.

To start off, this was my very first turbo set up. Stock GS-R Turbo. Greddy 18G turbo kit, internal Waste Gate. Lame. I will never go with a Greddy kit again.

High Compression + Blown Turbo seals =

^Piston #4.

So, it was time to tear the car down, and start again...this time, the right way.

The GS-R block was shit thanks to the piston ring chunks in the wall. So we picked up an LS Block, and went to work.

LS 9.2:1 vs JE 9.0:1

Mini-tuck for the headlights.

Getting in a fight with the downpipe which would NOT come off.

The Result:

ITR Rear Valences:

Motor is in, a few more touches and we're ready to fire up:

First time's a charm for the start up. Drove her straight to the exhaust shop.

Fit the new bumper on, and took some pics.

Then the t3/t4 .50 turbo seized up. So I ordered a new toy.

T3/T4:

t3/t4 .50 vs t3/60-1 .70

t3/60-1 installed:

And this is her today:

If you only knew the half of it dude. I've had a few more motors. This thing used to have a body kit when I first bought it. Back in the day when they were sweet. lmfao. When you can have an after market front bumper, be stock height on 16's and scrape everywhere you go. haha.

That Integra sticker was custom made by a decal shop in town. I won't rock it any more.

So, while I'm in Phoenix, AZ for the week for some work stuff..I've been looking at wheels..and I found a company locally in FL, called CCW, that custom makes their to any specs. I looked into some 16x8 +20 offset.....2600 picked up, without tires. I'm doing it. But I gotta save up the cash first. Along with those wheels, I'm doing traction bars, LCAs, inside tie bars, full suspension. So..money's a bit tough, may take a while for the wheels.

Think it would be magazine worthy once the engine bay is shaved and color matched, and these are on the car?
