I'm not sure how, but the injectirs fucked up on my old 240 and it caught on fire a couple of weeks ago:(

they are like engines, some last a few thousand miles others last longer than the engine. maintence is a big one

well there many parts inside an injector as well as many factors to consider..
deposits..heat..others...its hard to say..
