Yup. They've been dyno-proven. At least 5whp. Sounds go to me. Also gives a bump in electricity. For ex. Brighter interior lights, headlights, and more power to the sound system too. Grounding kits are one of mods that are commonly looked over. They actually do make a significance.Those really work?

They make a difference, notice in HIDS as well. I got the Buddy Club earthing/grounding system. I love it to death, one of my fav mods =)
