Theres a chevron station on reservation Rd. park next to the air pump, do what you got to do until your tires are cold, about 5min. Pump it up to 35PSI if you have a 15" wheel at least. and keep a tire gauge with you, after every run check your tires and keep it around 35psi. you will prevent side wall roll which our cars are nutorious for. Also for the 35$ entry fee make sure you bring exact change they get pissy about it

they should give you an idea on how your car should class. from what i understand, different car clubs use different classing methods, but these are a good rule of thumb. i know that norcalufo uses scca vintage 2009 classing.

and as far as mods, my car is bone stock, which i think is perfect for the first few (or many) autox outings. i suggest keeping your car as is and learning it as you learn the sport. it'll help you find and push your limits once you get better and then modding will follow. i'm doing the same -- this weekend will be my first autocross and i'm stoked to test myself and my car!

they dont care about class there FYI thats why i ran in OSP. i belive im in SM or another unlimited class

so, if the walk-through starts at 8am, when's a good time to show up to ensure that tickets aren't sold out?
i was thinking around 7am?

i lived at the school there, i left at 6:15 to warn up my car get food and do the stuff i mentioned at the gas station chilled at the gate before it opened usually the first one there gates open around 7
