Install a torque converter? Any place that works on transmissions should be able to do it. Plan on spending at least $400 for the installation. This will include a flush of all the tranny fluid (usually that costs around $100). Before going, go buy a tranny cooler ($30-40). It will take them less than 5 min to install, and you won't have to worry about spilling tranny fluid in your garage.
