Manual conversion... Cable trans?

So i used to spend alot of time on this site but i sold the teggy 4 a MR2. My gf just bought a DA though so im guna do a trans swap for her... wish she would have just bought a stick but she dident so im stuck with the project

Im really just wondering what im going to need to do the swap i found this list but im not sure about a few things on it.

tranny
ECU
linkage rod assembly
shifter
shift knob
pedal assembly(use any 92-00civic n 94-01 integra)
flywheel-maybe not to sure
clutch/bearing
manual intermediate shaft
starter for manual tranny
flywheel cover
clutch slave and master cylinders
clutch fluid containers
clutch hard lines and hoses

Considering its a cable trans im assuming i dont need the last 3 items...

But is there anything else i need? Will the same axles work? or what about the trans mounts do i need a diff mount setup?

i could swear the flywheel says MT and AT so they are different. also if you going cable just get 90-93 pedals. innovative mounts makes the mount kit. its really just a longer tranny mount. if your going hydro its a different kit. i think you got it all. oh and gauges. then theres the wiring. good luck
