it is ilegal to have ur liscence plate on ur front window in Cali u need to put it somewhere on the front bumper...Some cops won't be a dick about it but most of them will write u a ticket... ans i think from ur light to the ground it can't be no less then 2-4 inches i'm not sure...

I heard that it's 22 inches from the ground to your headlight, but I'm not 100% sure. It will vary from state to state.

ca is 22" from the center of the headlights to the ground.

They never check though ... my old accord was like 18" when i had it on neuspeed race with tokico illuminas

i was pulled over for other things but never had anything said to me about the car being lowered at all

yes you will get a ticket with the plate in the window, i got one. Just leave it off completly cause they are less likely to notice that it isnt there.

Pulled over with plate in windows 1x = 1 fix it ticket

Pulled over with no plate 5x = 1 fix it ticket.

fuckers

haha yeah but whats their ridiculous logic behind it? i mean in my opinion i think a lot of people that have their cars lowered beyond what is "legal" probably drive a lot more careful then those who are stock or close to it becuse they need to avoid all the bumps and pot holes and try not to bottom out while pulling in and out of places

well when the car is lowered it is more difficult for other driver to see them....so i guess we should obey the law on this one

it doesnt make that much of a difference though. i mean its only a few inches were talking about. there are plenty of other cars on the road that are smaller and lower in general
