you take off the valve cover and take off the cam cap on where the cam seal is located and pop the old one out and stick the new one in, i personally would get after market one that has a triple o-rings, thats what i have and it works much better then stock... just be sure not to move the cam and mess with the timing uness you wanna redo it

all the integras ive had before the one i have now always had that same problem. i always thought it was comming from in between the head and the block.

Why did you silicone? Anyways, that most likely your cam seal. Take the valve cover off and take the cam seal out and rtv the shit out of it.

I've always used grey because it's the easiest to remove. Black was always nasty for me.

with a good cam seal, you wont need much rtv/hondaband etc. i personally use hondabond, but it only takes a very light layer. you dont want a lot of that stuff floating around in your oil.

the valve cover gasket that we used the day before got warped for some reason and i guess we got a little too happy when we did it lol!

Company called STR makes aftermarket cam seals. They even come in different colors, I have a silver one.
