IntegraBoi said:its a project car so im hoping to convert it to manual..but it seems to much work...plus im fixing it up and selling it to my buddy. i dont know it doesnt look like to much damage...theres no chassis damage i dont think so im good on that...just replace fender hood bumper headlites"wink wink" ITR conversion. yea the suspension is probably messed up because the wheel is bend up. anyone have any ideas why its bent up like that? maybe cost me around 3k to fix it up and make it look real nice....imma get a little turbo for it.
as for the color....i will change it....i would never drive the car that color ever. im thinkin bout doing the paint job myself...been doin alot of studying.
reconxtru said:engine looks fine..gotta spend alot of money on that car...but its an automatic? sorry but i'm not an automatic fan...im a manual fan...i'm not saying your car sucks...your car looks good besides the front of the car...engine looks cool and stuff...and i know you don't care if i like stick or auto so yea...just expressing my opnion...hope you don't mind
DJNAS said:god dam just fix the "project" before you go turbo and jdm .. that car got some work to be done to it fix what need to be fixed to get it on the road.. then hook it up .. just rip off the fender and the bumper cover and drive it like that lol and slap some stickers on it ...lol
this guy got it from a insurance company...i dont know if he tried to fix it up himself or bought it and sold it for profit....too mee the engine looks fine...the chassis doesnt look damaged....buh anyway heres my point.....if there was such a major damage to the engine that the dealer wouldnt want to repair it...how big could it be? its just a 800 dollar ls engine with replaceable parts.....there can be 2 things that the dealer knows.....either he knows theres a major damage to the engine that he doesnt want to fix....or he simply doesnt know whats wrong with it.....the chances that its a major damage or minor damage is half and half.. either way it will be fixable.....its not the end of the world.chances are it isnt simple...cuz if its simple..the dealer would have fixed it and sold it for a higher price....common sense would let u kno..."ppl will pay more for a car that works...instead of a dead car"
