Kind of a odd question about cv axles.

I don't think my car has secondary........at least if it does i have never noticed it anyways lol. I was thinking along the lines of 4000rpm and 6000rpm and do the rev limiter at redline just be cause i'm not tsure if the rev limiter is still there do to the random as shit the previous owner did lol and not tring to find out the hard way! Also where would be a good place to start upgrading internals?

Ok edited this post cause I found out I was being an idiot and the 3 stage VTec oas only made on one engine back in the day and wasn't even available in the U.S. lol
