I have a k20 in my 94 Integra, just wondering if anyone in here knows what the immobilizer system disables? the fuel pump or not getting spark from coil packs?? all the rsx wiring diagrams show only the fuel pump circuit being controlled, I have a USDM ECU and I have fuel but no spark, any other suggestions?

If you have the money, get KPRO. I'm pretty sure it disables the immobilizer on the k series.

why would you wanna disable your immobilizer. its the best factory security you can have on your car at this current time.

unfortunatly for swaps with a k series you need k pro. sorry to tell you this but its the truth. either k pro or you need a rsx ignition and rig it to work with the integra and re program the key with the ecu

Idk, double check everything you did. Then check it again. Maybe you did something wrong...Good luck. Bump for your answer.

And I still say if you could afford a K20, then you should've saved up a little more and got Kpro with it.

ok first of all your daddy built your car so shut up. and second, just like every time i'm on here it consists of someone asking a question and people going off on some rant that doesn't even answer the question. He never specified wether he did the swap or not so thats not very fair to assume it's his fault it isn't running. Also he never specified wether or not it was running before or if he bought it in not running condition. please think a little next time before insulting someone.

there is nothing i did wrong, the immobilizer is still active, just cant get any solid answers, you dont have to be a millionare to have a k20, ive got 6 grand in my whole car including the jdm front, and a 1000 bcuks is a far cry from 350 for a PRC

man thank you, and its not running ,and i know why its not, but will be soon, just trying to learn something important rather than waiting on someone else to learn it and then me copy off of them, just doing some reasearch, and thanks again for setting it straight

I'm just saying, you might have done something wrong. But now that I realize that you're God and there's no possible way you messed anything up, then my bad.

Dumb statement here, but the immobilizer is still active cause it doesn't recognize the ignition. That's why I was saying Kpro, cause I'm pretty sure that disables it.

And I never once said you had to be "rich" or a "millionaire" to own a K20. Duh, that's a given. But honestly, I couldn't give two shits about how much you have in your car, or anything like that. I'm not impressed in the least. Now, you don't need to go on being a dick to people because they're not giving you the answers you're looking for. I tried to give you a solution, but you're too cheap to consider that. Hell, 6K in it already, what's another 1K at most?

I think it's great you're doing research to fix your problem, but I wouldn't call just posting on a forum "research." Google, if you haven't already. Google your ass off. And the whole you not wanting to copy someone else....it's gonna happen. There are TONS of swaps just like yours out there. Find that they did, then do the same. Either way, it's just gonna be a copy of someone else's.

Have you thought about calling someone at Honadata or another company that makes tunung software for the swap? Maybe if you explained to them what problem your having, they might be able to help you, or at least point you in the right direction? I would also try talking to the local shop known for tuning KPro in your area. Most shop owners I know are generally helpful as long as your respectful when you ask.
Good luck.

im not trying to fix a problem, your twisting my question around, there is nothing wrong with my car, thats not my point, im not wondering why it wont start, im wondering if the immobilizer controls the fuel or the coilpacks? cause in the rsx wiring diagram , it has the fuel wired in but anything to do with the coil packs or not getting spark, and yes im trying to see if you can work around this without kpro, and yes it disables it, but a grand is a lot to me. im not trying to impress anyone and i dont care if anyone thinks my car looks good or not, ive googled for weeks, came up with nothing solid except for Honda-tech has countless threads on immbolizers and the conclusion is the moderators wont allow discussion on it because of stupid car thieves, so the answer is out there on how to bypass it but no one will say anything because of that one main reason,

and about the copying thing...... you know what i meant..........

all hondata is gonna say is buy KPRO, all the shops out here suck and either wont answer the phone or dont mess with k swaps, or will just say like everyone else, buy KPRO..... ive done everything and called everyone i can, thats why im asking here, its a forum, to ask questions....
