Not to thread jack but can you tell me where and how to adjust the vertical part of my head lights? Im not a new to this but just never done it on a integra till I got myself a dropped integra. I recently put 6k HIDs on my car and Ive adjusted the horizontal screw but cant seem to find the vertical adjuster. My friend says its the same as the horizontal adjuster but your not pointing the phillips head down and turning your pointing it towards you behind the headlight correct? in order to adjust it?..

There is only one adjustment screw for the lowbeams. It looks like a 6pt nut with a gear-like disk attatched to it. Wait til it gets dark and turn it with a ratchet, you will find out quickly which way is up and which way is down, although I think loosening it will lower it and tightening it will raise the beam.

Ok so Ive done some research on honda tech and so far Ive read that to adjust the vertical adjuster there is like a 10-8mm bolt of some sort behind the light that you can adjust to make the light shine higher or lower correct? If so Im going to be attempting this 2morro and will update with results. And again sorry to thread jack. If the thread starter doesnt like this I will have no problem to delete my post comments. and Thanks for the help.

I was gonna go with the 55w but I thought they were gonna be to bright. And yea the plate light was pretty cheap like 8 bucks

Theres actually 2 difference slots, one to adjust vertically and one to adjust if they go in or out. (Like this <-- --> )

also.. Hid's have a bigger glare than halogen anyways. so 35 or 55w...

BUT if you go 55w remember it will make the temp go down 1 level

I.e. 55w 10k = 35w 8k
I.e. 55w 8k = 35w 6k

there will more output, just goes down one level lol.
