Ok, so.. Ignition parts did nothing, still waiting to run compression test, but... Bro thinks it may be a valvetrain prob. I am thinking "possibly but wouldnt I be able to hear a valve tinging or it have a funny idle? Only thing that seems to be wrong is a complete lack of power, like it wont pull itself up a hill. And this is the only place I dont get hit with Honda jokes when I say that haha. Any help would be the bom-diggedy.

Do the compression test, it'll tell you if there's an internal problem.

Then do a leakdown test, it'll tell you where the problem is.
