Dude the AC problem is definetly the fan switch, get a new one and be done, it has nothing to do with your motor or recharging shit and you don't need to replace you dash.

ok folks just an update, i bought a resistor for the a/c and now that is fixed. Next the antenna, how the hell do i install one?

Buy the Hanes manual for starters. Are you replacing the antenna with an oem one or aftermarket? Whatever you do, don't buy a Walmart one.
