From the looks of those specs, you can run those interior speakers off the deck. Preferably a high powered deck like an Alpine;) , they'd like that. A quality high end Alpine can put out around 18 - 20 watts rms. That's about as good as it gets from a deck.

Sub play frequencies below 80hz.
My own definitions of:
High bass = 80 to 65hz
Mid bass = 65 to 45hz
Low bass = 45 to 20hz

A crossover is a must for a sub, any halfway decent amp will have a built in crossover.

btw, a channel is the output on an amp for a speaker, one channel has a + and - pairing to hook up a speaker to. A 2 channel amp can play 2 speakers, a 4 channel plays 4 speakers, and so on.

...and whose MB Quartz? Do they make digital watches or something? lol.

That's exactly the head unit I have; Alpine-CDA 9845 CD/MP3 Player. I wanna get another one, though.

So based on my current setup, what would be a decent sub with a decent amp? How much wattage do you think I should go?

IMO.....Quality "non-moving" used parts = can be OK
Used moving parts aren't something I would buy...especially with electronics that you have no idea how used or abused they are
You don't know what they have been through, what the previous owner has done with them or if they are on their way or out or not. MAYBE....if it was a personal friend and you know what they have been through but as for random used parts purchase....I say no, but that is just my opinion

As for the setup though, JL and Alpine are quality parts that you cannot go wrong with
