LS block is fine to rev up to 8500rpm if it is built correctly

obviously u can't just up the rev limit using stock LS girdle and etc.

I have a friend that has a fully built LS motor that revs up to 8900rpm...boosted too

oooo...LS/VTEC is gonna be fun...

that build feels more torquey than normal VTEC engines

r u gonna go N/A with the LS/VTEC??
if you are gonna go N/A, you should consider a B16A head or a B18C head...the compression is higher which is better for N/A
