it feels nice but i would rather have a VTEC head but that's only if i was going the N/A route

I chose the LS head because i'm doing a turbo build and i think the car would feel really weird if i had VTEC and boost all @ the same time

hmm this build is interesting. so this car was originally a GS and u bought a GSR block? why didnt you just keep the ls block? wouldnt that be good for boost too?

The GSR block flows better overall than the LS block, that's y i'm using the GSR instead

as well, I'm just trying out a new combo since i haven't heard anyone that is building a B18C5 block with a B18B head

yea thats true i havent seen anyone do this setup before thats why im so interested. so how does the gsr block actually "flow" better than the ls

apparently...i don't know for sure that the GSR block is "better" made from the factory...plus GSR is built to rev higher too comparing to a LS block (8000rpm vs. 6800). From honda factory...everything that has to do with VTEC is made with a stronger build

But why would you go LS head instead of GSR? I'm assuming for compression, for boost.

i take my LS block to rev up to 8500 ;)
