Do you not see the metal tab that holds the light in place?

That metal tab un-hooks, you put the bulb in, and you hook it back up to the little latch. This keeps the bulb from falling out.

EDIT:

It is not OUR fault that you bought multiple sets of bulbs. IT STATES ON THE HOUSING WHAT BULBS FIT IN EACH HOLE

Im pretty sure I said that before.

It is not a twist lock like the low beam. That little metal bar puts pressure on the rear to hold the bulb from falling out. Simple as that.

If you have fog light bulbs, unscrew the top cover. They are held in exactly the same way.

Edit: Hold on, There may be some confusion on my part.

I apologize, I did give you incorrect information.

You shouldnt. I do not retract that statement. My confusion is on the bulb type I told you fit into the high beams.

You need H1 bulbs for the highbeam. The 9005's should not fit.
These headlights are from the Japanese Integra Type-R. An H.I.D. projector low beam combined with an H1 high beam and H3 auxiliary driving/fog light provides excellent lighting characteristics and nearly endless combinations of bulb wattage's and colors. The black housing gives that aggressive and sporty appearance that is so desired by any enthusiast. Provided with all JDM Honda H.I.D. parts, ensures excellent bulb fit and longevity. (All parts are Honda O.E. for Integra Type R Japan)
The 9005's are twist lock correct? like the low beam lights you purchased?
I believe if you still want to use HIDs in the highbeam, you will need to return the bulbs and get H1's, but again, if you are going to use the highbeams as your main source of light, do not get HID's for it. Simply return the product. Im sure they have a return policy.

ok, i have 9005 silver stars i put in MY high beams, (which are the bubble projector lights) and i have 9006 HID's, i can send the hids back and get 9005's i guess, and ill just buy H3 silverstars.(the 1ns i bought were 2$ brand new so im not complaining) now is this correct? casue i am extremely confused now lol
and ill rewire the lights so the projectors are low beam and reflectors are highbeams

Im just as confused as you lol.

Lets try to re-hash what you need.

9006 for the projector. (You used a 9005, it is the same twist style plug, but does not have a coating on the tip to prevent light from going straight out. Not a big deal in the projector housing)

H1 for Reflector (This is the typical high beam. Looking at my signature, the one to the right of the round projector is the high beam)

H3 for Fog light (This is the innermost light next to the high beam housing)

And this is what the high beam, H1 HID will look like

Ok. To confirm what you were doing, did the 9005's actually fit the spot in your pictures? I can imagine it would, but I am curious.\

You dont need to return the 9005's, I dont think it really makes a difference. Its just that little coating on the tip.

Im signing off for the night, Ill check this thread in the morning to see if you added anything.
