i used to watch anime when i was. gundam, dragon ball, bleach, jus to name a few.
are the vinyls expensive? like to get the whole car covered.

I'd just vinyl a desgin on the hood, or trunk and fenders, the whole car sounds like a bit much. Unless you mean wrap it in place of paint, i know a local guy who did and it turned out real nice.

Wonder if anyone notice the ek side skirts

Duckbill Visor? you can actually see right through it and its actually made strong.
