ok you have a point so what way would you build it. so would i make it alittle bit bigger and bore it or keep it the same and just upgrade the pistions rods and cams and clean it out

That all depends on what you have planned for the car. Are you going to stay N/A or go boost? Is it a drag car, auto x, or what?
There are a ton of variables...first thing to do is decide what kind of build you want to do.
