I'm glad you learned your lesson and I hope you remember this everyday for the rest of your life, not to be depressed but as a reminder to stay humbled. lol thats funny though that u ran from the cops. God kept you on this Earth for a reason though and this will make you wiser if you learn from your mistakes

They pull reckless driver's license for a reason. It's given back to you after a period of time to hopefully give proof that driving is a privilege to you. I remember after my accident they pulled my license. 9 months later, I got it back, and haven't been the same driver. if the situations were any different like you're hoping for TegyDriver, I wouldn't have my license either.

Thru what he's said, it's rather obvious he's learned his lesson the hard way. I also had to learn my lesson the hard way. hell, if you can still find posts that I made back in 2004 I was all about street racing. it's dumb, really, but it took a wreck that almost killed me to figure out how honestly stupid and wreckless I was being.

The DWI will always be on his record now, and he's going to constantly be cursed with that. no more jobs that have anything to do with driving, no more cheap insurance rates, sometimes AA meetings... there's a lot of negatives attached to fucking up.

I think taking the time to build the car up and making it fast again isn't a bad idea entirely... knowing how to manage that power on the street is different.

There are 3 types of people driving cars:
1. Just driving so we can get some where
2. Driving because we enjoy the sport and understand the true potential of the car
3. Driving because we like that adrenaline, and honestly don't understand the potential of the car.

for the first 6 months of my license, I was a #3 driver. Maybe that's what ACMatt was too, but from the speech he gave right away in his first post, I'm willing to bet he learned the same I did.

yeahh okay speeding and speeding while drunk is different matters. yeahh goin 110 is dangerous by itself but doing it drunk.. thats just reckless as fuckk

sorry i dont mean to be too harsh but ive known people die from being hit my drunk drivers doing stupid things when they did nothing wrong while the people who thought they were cool by drinkin get to live..fuck that.

but dont get me wrong AcMatt im glad your alive but i just feel strong about drunk drivers. i mean if your gonna drink dont be driven around after..especially dont be driven around speedin drunk
well like i said in my first post..i didnt care about the insults because i deserved them...thanks for being honest..and i knew that some of you guys on hear would feel that way because of friends that have passed away from driving drunk or even a drunk driver hitting them...i havnt ever ran from the cops..except if i was speeding past them..but this guys was right on me and i wasnt thinking of the consiquenes..soo yea it was the stupidest thing i have ever done..and just because i did it once dosnt mean i will never drive again..i got 2 years with no license to think it over...so i think that is bad enough...
