Bro let me put your mind in the real world.
My goal is 375 at the wheels day in day out without sleeves or race gas.
I'm smart enough to bide my time and money. My car (98rs, fully lightened with lightened interior still in place, aka stock look.) Still isn't on the street and I don't even have over 10% of my turbo setup yet, that being said let me give you an idea of what it takes to build that power reliably. If you go ebay on anything that matters (like someone already said intercooler piping is acceptable... hard to mess up bent tubing... especially when you have to cut and fit it anyways.) you fail. Im a fabricator/ welder by trade. I kinda know my shyt when it comes to materials and applications. Ebay turbos are Chinese copies of real quality components... sold on ebay as garret gt35r"style" to avoid copyright infringement. You DON'T want that.
Back to cost setup.
I run a full gsr for N/A. My turbo motor is still in the works, that being said. To support those goals I run a p28 s300 with boost by gear made by phearable. Inovate wideband with display, apexi n1 (not "style" the real deal), koni yellows, Motegies (imo cheapest, best looking weight saving wheel), Innovative track mounts, dc short throw, exceddy stage 1 clutch (just for the N/A setup).
Now the wake up call. What I just listed not including the chassi, was around 4.5k when you look at everything (water pump, oil pump, belts, hoses, ect.).
Want the kicker? My turbo motor is the ls that came in the car. I tore it down and took it to AC race engines (we have a dirt track around here and a couple of monster trucks... they build all those engines... and if they can make a 590 all aluminum big block ford survive and 871 blower and methanol at 9 grand for a season... that's enough to make me trust them). My ls at 250k its still all in factory spec. So I had the head that's on my gsr (gsr head) worked up, milled, bowel blended, .5mm oversized crower valves, titanium retainers, skuk2 (I think) double springs, 5 angle valve job on intake, 2 angle with radius on exhaust valve job. Next step is to port match the intake mani (skunk 2) to the head which ill probably do myself. Wanna Know what that kind of head work costs just for the machining??? Around 1.2k.
At the level im at im figuring another 3-4k just for the turbo setup. 800 buck is going to make your car a paper weight man...
With your budget I would look for a USED WET n02 kit. And at that I would not go over 75hp shot... even then run chrome and have someone tune it... But turbo is out of reach, even to do it cheap with an eclipse t-25, you still are looking at 1900 to do it safely.
