My car is a 99 integra gs. I bought the car and the temperature gauge and the fuel gauge on the cluster did not work. If anyone can help me with this problem i would really appreciate it.

The redline is different on a GSR. The tach goes higher. It won't make a difference though.

Have you checked your fuses? My '93 had a bad "METER SA" fuse ( or something along those lines ) and a few things in my cluster didn't work. I'm not sure if the third gens have any fuses that affect the cluster but it's worth looking into.

It also might have nothing to do with the cluster at all- it's idiotic for us to simply diagnose it as a bad cluster when we have no facts about the car. You could have the temperature sending unit disconnected, it could be bad, the wiring to the cluster may have faults. The same goes for the fuel sending unit

As for your question about "OBD" it does stand for "On Board Diagnostic" however- the Integra's ECU's are four different era's of OBD depending on the year of the vehicle. (OBD0, OBD1, OBD2a, OBD2b.)

The shell of the care is a 99 but the motor is from a 97. would that have anything to do with it?
Maybe something isnt connected, or something? Thanks for the help guys!

So I bought a gsr cluster, and when I plugged it in it seemed to work. But when I turned the key and started to check to see if the turn signals worked they would show me turning the opposite way. Instead of my fuel being at E it went to F. When I drive it and turn the rmp and mph gauges start moving up and down constantly.

Any help with what I should do would be greatly appreciated. :/
