integra dying, please read! New to clubintegra!

Just got my first integra (95 gsr lsvtec)
Was driving it yesterday and today and lastnight and for some reason it likes to die when I come to a stop sometimes. After it dies, it usually won't start back up for a few minutes. It will crank, but not start.
I also noticed last night (it was cold outside but the teg was warm) after it died, I cranked it and it started back up but idled really high for about 4 seconds (like 3.5k) and then went back to normal.
I am going to change the fuel filter tomorrow, try to check for vacuum leaks (not sure everywhere to check), and possible take apart and clean the throttle body.
Any other suggestions? I am kind of desperate haha. :(
When it doesn't die and not start, it seems to run like a charm.


It is a stock (as far as I know) ls block with 179,xxx miles and a rebuild gsr head with a few thousand miles, and lsd gsr tranny. Buddy club cam gears, a new dizzy, no ps and a k&n intake. Any help would be very much appreciated. I know there are many threads about stuff like this (and yes I read a lot of them), but I was eager to make a profile and start posting cuz I really want to fix this!
I know it needs some cleaning!

I have 94 integra LS 275000mi. Its a beater but still truckin. The car will randomly stall then start back up. sometimes immediately, sometimes after 15min. This symptom started after a 5 hr drive on the highway and it just died with no warning. Then would not start. Let it set 15min and started and drove 30 min then it died again. I continued this cycle to get home. Before this happened the car was sputtering and running rough under acceleration. the stall symptom seem to get worse. The next time I drove it for short distances of 1/4mi at a time between stalls. So I pulled the main relay, it looked good no visible cracks. I resoldered all the solder pads just for good measure and reinstalled the relay. drove a few hundred feet and it stalled. Just turned off. I did not touch the key and saw no check engine light come on. Turned the key to start( did not turn it off) and it starts, drove 4mi and then back into the driveway just fine.The car always starts instantly in the driveway. Im thinking changin the icm? So I changed the ICM(igniter control module) with a new aftermarket. Car starts and runs fine. no stalls,no sputtering under accelleration.for 5 mile. Then drove 25mi and the last 10 mile it was sputtering running rough.
the car sat for 30min. Then drove the car 5mile to gas station and filled to half full as it was less than 1/8 tank. Drove15mile more and it ran perfect. Parked for 30min and drove another 15mile. parked 30min and drove back home 11mile , no problem maybe its good now.
