If you're talkin B18B1 then yea, that's an LS/VTEC, but it's more than just simply bolting it up. You'll have to find a way to get oil to the VTEC head.Would a b18 block bolt on to the b17 head anyway????
B18C or C1...most likely a direct fit...but I'm not sure on anything else. I know a Poor Man's Type R involves a B16 head on a B18C1 block as the main parts. B17 should work excactly the same since it's based on the B16, but don't take my word for it. :google:
