stupid 17 year old bitch rammed into my front end while I was on my way home today. Right in front of my house too!!
So, here's pics, hers is obviously the Sunfire.
yes, that's my lawn she's fucking wedged on.
I'm fine.. my left hand hurts, but that's it. The girl complained about left shoulder and back pain... so they took her to the hospital in a neckbrace on a backboard... yet she says she was wearing her seatbelt.. She was going fast enough to fuck herself up and for both her airbags to deploy (mine didn't, FYI, and yes, I was wearing my seatbelt), yet she's not getting cited at all.
So, my main rant is, sure, you yield to the person on the right.. BUT I WAS ALREADY IN THE INTERSECTION! I wasn't going any more than 20.. and for her to hit me in the middle of the street and go clear into my yard, she had to be speeding. especially to do that much damage to the cars! So, yeah, they just wrote me a fucking ticket... failure to yield the right away... but wouldn't take my statement!! Only listened to people that lived down the street! Sure, they could have saw it, but from where they were, all they would have seen was the drivers side of my car, which means you wouldn't have been able to see her speeding up the fucking hill!!!
So, what the fuck ever there.
