Only if your state requires a front plate. Each state has their own law. N.H. requires a front plate, Mass. doesn't.

Where in Cali? Im in Los Angeles and they trip for no reason around here so im pretty sure Ill get pulled over but it would look hella clean without it. What about using one of those relocators?
